Tom Brady was born and raised in Northern Virginia, but his early life also included a unique three-year chapter on the island of Saipan. From the start, Tom demonstrated a strong sense of commitment and discipline, values that carried into his honorable service in the U.S. Army. He proudly served with two of the nation’s most respected units: the 101st Airborne and the 82nd Airborne Divisions.

After completing his military service, Tom transitioned to a civilian career with U.S. government agencies, beginning as an engineering manager. His ability to lead both projects and people was quickly recognized, and he was entrusted with larger responsibilities managing technical teams and complex initiatives. Over time, Tom rose to global leadership positions in the field of Information Technology Outsourcing, where he was responsible for business strategy, operations, and multinational staff.

Tom also pursued advanced education to complement his professional experience. He successfully completed executive programs at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business (Global Executive MBA) and Thunderbird School of Global Management (Mergers and Acquisitions). His career took him to multiple states—including New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, and Michigan—as well as international assignments in Japan and Germany.

By 2018, Tom was ready to trade a fast-paced corporate life for a new chapter centered on community and family. He and his wife Sally chose Fort Myers Beach, Florida, as their permanent home. Drawn to the island’s unique character, culture, and natural beauty, Tom has embraced the community fully. In retirement, he has dedicated his time and skills to nonprofit organizations, civic engagement, and protecting the quality of life that makes Fort Myers Beach special.

Tom and Sally are proud parents of one son and grandparents to one grandchild. In addition to his community involvement, Tom enjoys reading, restoring classic automobiles, and home remodeling projects.
